DCI, RSC provide support to Mirpur slum fire victims

Distressed Children & Infants International (DCI) and Rights and Sight for Children (RSC) provided sarees, lungis and mosquito nets to victims of the Mirpur slum fire. This initiative aimed to support 50 of the most affected families, said a press release. 

DCI Director Dr Sabina Ahmed was present at the relief distribution programme. She said DCI will be standing beside those affected by any crisis in Bangladesh.

Jamal Abdun Nasher, programme manager of RSC; Humayun Kabir, development and communication officer; Samiul Hasan, in-charge of health programme, and distinguished guests from the local community were present at the programme.
