BSPA sports carnival from today

Marcel-BSPA Sports Carnival gets underway today with some 17 events from nine disciplines scheduled to be held during the 10-day meet.

The disciplines are: carom, table tennis, badminton, chess, swimming, marathon, shot put, shooting and archery. The carnival opens through swimming at the Ivy Rahman Swimming pool, said a press release from BSPA yesterday.
