Brac Bank holds mini marathon for humanity ‘Dour 2019’ at Dhaka’s Hatirjheel

Brac Bank Limited organised a mini marathon event at Hatirjheel in the capital this morning.

Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen graced the signature event of Brac Bank titled “Dour 2019” as the chief guest.

The mini marathon event for humanity began around 7:00am, according to a Brac Bank release.

‘Dour’ has been observed for the past nine years and has become a distinct event in the industry and the local community, it read. 

The Brac Bank members donate a token amount voluntarily and the bank matches a hundred per cent of that amount. The total amount is then donated to charitable organisations dedicatedly working towards betterment of children’s lives, the release added.
