Bidyanondo gets Thai donation

Ambassador of Thailand to Bangladesh Arunrung Phothong Humphreys yesterday handed over items worth Tk 1 lakh to Bidyanondo Foundation to support its emergency response in flood-affected areas during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Firoz Salah Uddin, executive member, represented Bidyanondo Foundation. This donation represents friendship between Thais and Bangladeshis, said the embassy.

The Thai community and the embassy hoped that this contribution would help address the needs of those affected by Covid-19 at this difficult time.
