Benajir Ahmed elected NSU trustee board chairman

Lion Benajir Ahmed, a freedom fighter, one of the founder life members of North South University (NSU) and an eminent industrialist, has been elected chairman of the board of trustees of NSU.

After graduating in accounting from Dhaka University, Benajir started his career as a businessman, said a press release.

Managing director and CEO of Raymond Group of Industries, Benajir is also the secretary general of Association of Private Universities of Bangladesh.

In 2001, he served as the president of Dhaka Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
