''We will not only provide free oxygen, but also give technical support at homes and other places where it is needed," said Shahabuddin Khan.

The officials said a coronavirus management team has been formed for this purpose.

They have also been trained so they can deliver required services to people's doorsteps.

ADC (Crime) Akramul Hasan, who is in charge of the management team, said, "We have given proper training to 15 police members. The number will be increased, if necessary."

According to BMP, initially, this service has started with 25 oxygen cylinders. A hotline 01320074391 has been launched so that public can seek the service.
