ASK demands action

Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) in a press statement yesterday strongly condemned police's refusal to register any case following the attack on Gonoshasthaya Kendra and physical assault on Limon Hossain.

Gono University law student Limon, who in 2011 lost his leg after getting shot by Rapid Action Battalion, had his arm broken in the attack as he protested harassment on female students, ASK said.

Expressing dissatisfaction over law enforcers' inaction, ASK demanded swift legal action against the perpetrators.
