Ahsania Mission launches ‘Shastho Surokkha Forum’

“More people can be provided better healthcare if NGOs take initiatives,” said MP Saber Hossain Chowdhury at the launching ceremony of Dhaka Ahsania Mission’s “Shastho Surokkha Forum”, held at the mission’s head office in the capital yesterday.

To ensure healthcare services for the underprivileged, the forum will collect donations from members. The funds will be disbursed through the mission’s health events.

Sharmeen Rahman, senior programme officer of mission’s health sector; DNCC Chief Health Officer Brig Gen Mominur Rahman Mamun; Second Century Ambassador of Lions’ Club International Prof M Fakrul Islam and Ahsania Mission President Kazi Rafiqul Alam also spoke.
