130 students’ results changed

Results of 130 students who appeared at SSC examination this year under Barishal Education Board have been changed after rechecking.

Anowar Ul Azim, controller of examinations at the board, said the revised results were published yesterday on their website.

This year, 8,480 applied for reexamination of 15,985 answer papers. Of them, 130 students’ results have changed. Fourteen students received GPA 5 and 42 examinees who failed in the exam were promoted to higher secondary level.

Anowar added that board authorities have ordered actions against negligent examiners.

SSC examination result was published on May 6.
