Youth 'kills' uncle over land dispute

A man was stabbed to death allegedly by his nephew over a land dispute at Hukura village in Ajmeriganj upazila of Habiganj district on Thursday night.

Murshed Mia, 24, stabbed his uncle Lukman Mia, 45, with a sharp weapon during an altercation over ownership of a piece of land, said police.

Police sent the body to a hospital morgue for an autopsy. Victim's family filed a case. Murshed went into hiding, police added.
