Moosa Bin Shamsher sued

Businessman Moosa Bin Shamsher has been sued by Customs Intelligence on charge of using a luxurious car dodging tax worth Tk 2.17 crore.

The customs intelligence, filed the case with Gulshan Police Station yesterday, said its press release.

According to the case, Moosa used a Range Rover evading tax and submitted unclear information to the customs about Tk 96,000 crore in a Swiss bank account.

During primary investigation, customs officials found that Moosa submitted fake documents while the car was registered.

The officials seized the car from his Gulshan residence in Dhaka  on March 21.
