Journalists today demonstrated in Dhaka demanding a trace of their colleague Utpal Das, who has been missing for about a month now.

About a 100 media workers formed a human chain near Dhaka Reporters’ Unity this afternoon urging the intervention of the prime minister in this regard.

They expressed disappointment in the capacity of law enforcement agencies who have not been able to find Das, a senior reporter of purboposhchimbd.news.

The journalists have been staging their demonstration since November 2 and will continue it until Das is found, said Pulok Ghatak, joint secretary general of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ).

The stricken family has already sought intervention of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to find out Utpal Das, who has been missing from Dhaka since October 10.
