Journo Faisal dies

AKM Faisal Rahman Kishwar, district coordinator for the Dhaka Tribune, died yesterday, aged 33.

Around noon, Faisal went to a friend's house, where he complained of chest pains. His friend took him to a hospital in Shankar. Doctors declared him dead there around 2:00pm.

He studied English literature at Jahangirnagar University. He also produced a documentary film, “Bt Brinjal in the Dock”.

He will be buried at New Colony graveyard behind the IDB Colony today following a namaz-e-janaza at Taltola Govt Colony Central Jame Mosque at 9:00am.
