Jewel president, Mohsin general secretary of N'ganj Bar Association

Hasan Ferdous Jewel and Muhammad Mohsin Miah, both of pro-Awami League lawyers' forum Sammilita Ainjibi Samonnoy Parishad, have been elected the president and general secretary respectively of Narayanganj District Bar Association for 2018-19.

The pro-BNP panel Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Oikya Parishad bagged 11 out of 17 executive posts in the elections held at the district bar association building on Tuesday. 

Other office bearers are: Senior Vice President Rezaul Karim Khan Reza, Vice President Aziz Al Mamun, Joint General Secretary Mahbubur Rahman, Treasurer Nurul Amin Masum, Sports Secretary Bashar Rubel, Entertainment Secretary Sumon Miah, Literature and Cultural Affairs Secretary Nazrul Islam Masum,  Library Secretary AKM Omar Faruque Nayan, Social Service Secretary Sharmin Akter, Law and Human Rights Secretary Zahidul Islam Mukta, and executive members Rashed Bhuiyan, Abdul Mannan, Amena Akter Shilpi, Rafiqul Islam Anu, and Al Amin Sabuj.
