Govt services at fingertips by 2021: Palak

By 2021, all government services will be made available at fingertips, said State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak yesterday.

He was addressing an inauguration ceremony of a call centre to receive complaints of port city residents and render services as soon as possible. The ceremony was organised by the Chittagong City Corporation (CCC).

“We will render all services to people online by 2021,” he said.

CCC Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin and Chief Revenue Officer Dr Mohammad Mustafizur Rahman were also present.
