Fire breaks out at Ctg towel factory

A fire gutted valuables worth Tk 60 lakh at a towel factory in Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) yesterday afternoon, said fire officials.

They, however, could not ascertain the reason behind the fire at Al Hamidi Textile Ltd, t sector no-1. Fire fighters dousedthe blaze within half-an-hour.
