Fire breaks out at Ctg EPZ factory

Fire gutted goods and machinery of a Taiwanese furniture factory of Trendex Furniture Industry Co Ltd in Karnaphuli EPZ of Chittagong city yesterday.

The fire originated from an electric short circuit at the factory around 6:45am, and it was doused after two hours, said Fire Service officials.
