Doa mahfil for Chullu today

A doa mahfil for freedom fighter Masud Sadique Chullu will be held after Asr prayers today at Banani Old DOHS Community Centre in the capital.

Masud, a member of the special squad "Crack Platoon" during the Liberation War of 1971, passed away on Monday, October 16, at the age of 72. 

He was laid to rest on Wednesday at the city's Banani graveyard.

His family members have requested his relatives, friends and well-wishers to attend the programme and pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
