Audree, a platform for mountain enthusiasts in Bangladesh arranged the Dhaka Mountain Film Festival 2020 at Ruhul Kuddus Auditorium near Nilkhet of the capital tomorrow.

The day-long festival will screen eight films from different countries based on mountaineering, trekking, rock climbing, cycling and mountain rescue operations. Full length feature films along with short films and documentaries will be showcased in this film festival.

The film festival will be held in two sessions – morning session (10:00am-12:30pm) and evening session (4:30pm-7:30pm).

The platform, Audree, was formed to introduce people to the culture of mountain-based adventure activities and film can be a great tool for that purpose.

Mountains could offer a wide range of physical activities like mountaineering, trekking, hiking, cycling and so on. These challenging sports are an excellent way to get ourselves free from the monotonous city life.

The mountain film festival is presented by Audree in association with The Basecamp, Bangladesh. Data soft systems Bangladesh, Piano Island tour and travels and Spectrum Consortium Bangladesh are supporting the festival.
