Azharul Islam

Today is the 29th death anniversary of Azharul Islam, a filmmaker and a playwright, says a press release. A doa mahfil will be held in his Jhitkar Kaloi village residence of Manikganj's Harirampur.

He died in 1988 due to cardiac arrest.

Azharul is the father of Sumon Islam, news editor of the Daily Sarabela. 

His family members have  requested all to pray for the  departed soul.
