Death anniversary

Today is the 21st death anniversary of Aminul Haque, a freedom fighter and former attorney general of the country.

His family members requested all to seek blessings for his departed soul, says a press release.

Aminul Haque was the eldest brother of martyred Sergeant Zahurul Haque, who was accused in the Agartala Conspiracy Case and killed by the Pakistan military at Dhaka Cantonment in 1969.

Born in Noakhali on 4th April in 1931, he died of a cardiac arrest while conducting a case with Appellate division.
