Ctg court orders to exhume Diaz's body

A Chittagong court on Monday directed the district magistrate to exhume the body of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) leader Diaz Irfan Chowdhury in the presence of an executive magistrate for another post-mortem.

The court passed the order following a petition filed by CID) seeking re-post mortem of the body. The court also directed the forensic department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital to form a three-member committee in this regard. 

On November 20, Diaz, central assistant secretary of BCL, was found hanging in his room. The autopsy report submitted on November 23 mentioned that Diaz committed suicide.
