BRACU teachers get 'Heroines of Health' award

Two professors of Brac University James P Grant School of Public Health have received “Heroines of Health 2018” award for their work and dedication to vulnerable population in Bangladesh.

US-based medical conglomerate GE Healthcare and Women in Global Health presented the awards at a ceremony during the World Health Organization's general assembly in Geneva on May 20.

The awardees are Prof Dr Sabina Faiz Rashid and Prof Dr Malabika Sarker, says a press statement of the university yesterday.
