Big yaba haul in Dhaka, 1 held

Law enforcers today claimed seizure of 76,000 contraband yaba tablets and detained one person in this connection from Rankin Street in capital’s Wari.

Cops from Wari Police Station detained the “drug peddler” last night, read a short message service (SMS) floated by Dhaka Metropolitan Police this morning.

Further detail is awaited. A press briefing will be held later in the day at DMP media office in this regard.
