Bangladeshi delegates leave for Thailand to join BIMSTEC meeting

A 7-member Bangladesh official delegation yesterday left here for Thailand to join the BIMSTEC Trade Negotiation Committee (TNC) meeting for finalisation of four agreements.

The agreements will boost trade and investment among seven South and Southeast Asian countries.

Joint Secretary (FTA-1) of the Commerce Ministry Munir Chowdhury is leading the delegation at the 20th TNC's three-day meeting beginning today at Khon Kaen in Thailand.
