Bangladesh Civil Service Forest Association gets new body

Mohammad Sofiul Alam Chowdhury has been elected president and Amir Hossain Chowdhury general secretary of Bangladesh Civil Service Forest Association for two years.

A 21-member executive committee was formed during the election Sunday, said a press release.

Other office bearers include Senior Vice-President Abdul Latif Miya, Vice-President Jayed Hossain Mollah, joint-general secretaries Joglul Hossain and Bipul krishna Das, Organising Secretary Jahidul Kabir, Treasurer Umme Habiba, Office Secretary Ariful Haque, Cultural and Sports Secretary Moinudin Khan, Literature and Publication Secretary Jahidur Rahman Miya, and Education and Social Welfare Secretary Toufiqul Islam.
