Bangabandhu Novo Theatre to be built in Karnaphuli Shishu Park

Bangabandhu Novo Theatre will be constructed at the place of Karnaphuli Shishu Park at Agrabad in Chittagong city, said Housing and Public Works Minister Engineer Mosharraf Hossain yesterday.

While visiting the construction site of “Jamburi Park” at Agrabad, the minister also said the Chittagong City Corporation constructed Karnaphuli Shishu Park at the land of Public Works Department (PWD) without taking its permission.

A Bangabandhu Square will also be constructed along with the Novo theatre where many children's rides will be installed.
