AL commemorates Mohiuddin Chy

Chittagong city unit of Awami League staged a mourning rally in memory of former mayor ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury on the Laldighi premises yesterday.

Omar Faruk Chowdhury, chairman of central Jubo League, was present as the chief guest.

AL central Organising Secretary Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel, also son of Mohiuddin, was a special guest at the event chaired by AL city unit convener Mohiuddin Bachchu.

AJM Nasir Uddin, the incumbent mayor of the city, also joined the rally.
