AL candidate wins

Ruling Awami League candidate won the mayoral election of Fatikchhari Municipality in Chittagong yesterday.

Ismail Hossain from the AL got 12,072 votes while his rival candidate Muhammad Jahangir Alam from BNP got 7,448 ones, according to unofficial primary result. An independent aspirant secured Faruk Ahmad got 145 votes.
