AIUB VC gives speech at Philippines embassy on women's empowerment

The Philippines Embassy in Bangladesh celebrated the International Women Month 2015 in its function room on Friday in Dhaka to pay tribute to all women of the world.

Dr Carmen Z Lamagna, vice-chancellor of American International University Bangladesh (AIUB), was the guest of honour of the programme. She is the first female VC of the university.

Philippines Ambassador Vicente Vivencio Bandillo was present among others.
