Accused in garment trader murder case held in Pabna

Police arrested the accused in garment trader Anu Agarwal murder case at Gobinda in the district headquarters on Thursday night.

Md Rana allias Ranga, 26, son of Mohon Ali of Pabna Sadar upazila, confessed before a magistrate that he was talking to his acquaintance Anu Agarwal, of Town hall para, on Wednesday night when a disagreement arose and at one point he stabbed Anu to death with a knife. The two also had a dispute before, said police quoting Ranga.
