7,645 candidates vie for 600 places in DUET admission test

A total of 7,645 candidates vied for 600 seats in the admission tests of the Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) yesterday.

DUET Public Relations Officer Kamrunnahar said the tests for the BSc in engineering and Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) programmes were held in two shifts staring at 10:00am. On average, 13 candidates fought for one spot, she added.
