4 suspected militants held in city

Detectives arrested four suspected militants from Kalyanpur bus stand area in Dhaka last night.
Tipped off, a CTTC team conducted a drive in the area around 8:35pm and arrested Faisal Ahmed, Abdul Razzak, Ahmed Fazle Akbar and Abul Nayeem Mohammad Zakaria, said Additional Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police and the chief of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of DMP Monirul Islam.
He said the team also recovered huge religious books from their possessions.
Monirul Islam said the militants might have been making a plan to carry out subversive activities in the city.
