The International Solar Tech Expo Ends

A three-day eco-friendly industrial equipment and sustainable development exhibition on Energy and Building ended last Saturday at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in the capital. There were three parts of the fair; the 6th International SolarTech, 5th International PowerTech and 4th International GreenBuild Bangladesh exposition. Some 90 companies from 11 countries including Bangladesh attended the exposition in energy sector. Chinese company Potevio and BASE Technology from Bangladesh attended the energy summit jointly. BASE Technology CEO Md. Jubair Ahmed commented about the exposition: 'Local entrepreneurs need to share knowledge and experience with international experts in this field. SolarTech is probably the best platform to do so.'
 
90 global leading companies from 11 countries, including Bangladesh, are showcasing their efficient generator, solar PV & irrigation pumps, intelligent fire safety and building construction equipment, LED lighting, heat control & air conditioning systems, eco-industrial products, latest green technology and services in the exhibition. 

There were some notable participants companies are including the world largest generator and transformer producer company, CaterPillar, Cumins, Perkins, Crilsker, Mitsubishi, Stamford, Mercon, CrossWorld, Bangla Cat, Dana Group, Jackson India, Energy Pack, Solar panel and LED light producer : Youngly Solar, Protivo, Senowar, SkyShed, Hiberzone, China Land and Solar Land. Around 700 International experts, government high officials, local businessmen and specialists from different countries will present papers on eco-industry including solar, power and green building industries in the investment summit.
