Primary education stipend now can be picked up via mobile phone

From now onward, Ministry of Primary and Mass Education will use Rupali Bank SureCash mobile banking service to disburse stipend for students. In presence of the Minister of Primary and Mass Education Advocate Mostafizur Rahman and Rupali Bank Board of Director Chairman Monzur Hossain, the agreement was signed by Secretary of Primary and Mass Education Mohammad Humayun Khalid and Managing Director of Rupali Bank M. Farid Uddin. Initially as a pilot project, Rupali Bank SureCash will be used to disburse stipend this year. Progoti Systems will look after the technical issues of the project.
