Jobike launches operation in Chittagong University

Jobike, country's first application-based bicycle service, started operations at Chittagong University (CU) with vows to reduce inter-campus transport problems. Initially the mobile application-based service is available for faculties, students and administrative staffs of the university, according to a handout of Jobike issued on Saturday. CU users can open account in Jobike application using university identity and phone number while the service top-up is available at customer service centre near CU Shaheed Minar. Earlier in June 18, Jobike started its journey as country's first bicycle service with a test run in Cox's Bazar while its initiated campus launching by Jahangirnagar University later in July. Besides, the firm also provided the app-based service at zero charge in refugee camps in Cox's Bazar as a part-of its social corporate responsibility. Jobike officials informed that the bicycle service will available soon in Shahjalal University of Science & Technology and Rajshahi University.
