Samsung Tab A 8.0 (2017) has been launched in Vietnam this month with a $285 (Tk 23,370 roughly) price tag .
The latest A-series tab is a minor upgrade over the 2015 model. The tablet comes with a 8.00-inch WXGA TFT display with a resolution of 800 pixels by 1280 pixels. It can sport only one SIM card and runs on Android Nougat.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM. The tablet packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) packs a 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies, according to NDTV.
The Tab measures 212.10 x 124.10 x 8.90 mm (height x width x thickness) and weigh 364.00 grams with a 5000mAh non removable a battery.
It accepts a Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Accelerometer.
