Summit appoints CEO for Meghnaghat II Power Co

Summit has recently appointed Md Reaz Uddin as CEO of Summit Meghnaghat II Power Company Ltd.

The newly-formed company with installed capacity of 590 MW is expected to begin its commercial operation in the first quarter of 2021.

Reaz Uddin has been serving Summit since 2011, the company said in a statement.

He will also continue serving Summit Meghnaghat Power Company Ltd and Summit Bibiyana II Power Company Ltd as chief operating officer and director.

He studied chemical engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an MBA from Victoria University, Australia.
