Reliance Insurance recommends 25pc dividends

Reliance Insurance has recommended 25 percent dividends -- 15 percent cash and 10 percent stocks -- for the year that ended in December 2017, according to a disclosure posted on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website.

The insurer has also reported earnings per share of Tk 5.28 and net asset value per share of Tk 64.63 for 2017, compared to Tk 4.53 and Tk 55.81 respectively a year ago.

The company said it would hold its annual general meeting on March 31, 2018 at Lakeshore Hotel in Gulshan.
