Nodes Digital Limited & Quality Feeds Limited sign MoU for strategic business cooperation

"Nodes Digital Limited & Quality Feeds Limited have recently signed an MoU to work intensively in the agriculture and fisheries sector with a view to develop and commercialize farmer-centric digital solutions" says a press release.

This MOU sets out the scopes with respective responsibilities defined and establishes a cooperative relationship for the purpose of market feasibility assessment of IOT-based and other digital solutions in the space of agriculture including crops, livestock, poultry, aquaculture etc.

The signatories of the agreement present at the signing ceremony were Director (Group Corporate & Legal Affairs) Md. Safir Rahman and Shafkat Reza Chowdhury, co-founder & Director of Global Operations from Nodes Digital Limited. Dr Saad Hasan, Chairman - Nodes Digital Limited, Dr Rashedul Hoque, Director - Nodes Digital Limited, Joshita Sanjana Rizvan - Senior Business Development Manager, Nodes Digital Limited along with other key officials were also present from both the companies.

Shafkat Reza Chowdhury, Director of Global Operation and co-founder of Nodes Digital Limited, said, 'We are pleased to be able to establish this strategic business cooperation with Quality Feeds Limited where we can work jointly to pursue new business opportunities by supplementing each other's offerings to provide a comprehensive solution to our clients.'
