Agrogami Community Development Foundation inaugurated healthcare services programme and tree planting

With the slogan " Beside the people with humanity", the Agrogami Community Development Foundation has conducted the activities of its free healthcare services programme in the area adjacent to the free-primary school in Mangalergaon village of Sonargaon Upazila in Narayanganj district on 10th Jun 2022. The program was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr Nilufa Akhtar, Dr Mita and Dr Dilshad healthcare and counselling were provided to about 215 clients. At the same time blood pressure tests, diabetes tests and weight measurements are done by volunteers and technicians. Mr Rajib Bala, Chairman and Mrs Rukhsana Parveen, Secretary of the Foundation with the motto "One World", the Agrogami Foundation has announced the distribution and planting of 10 million saplings across Bangladesh by 2032 under the "Tree Planting" program among its various projects. The Foundation inaugurated the "Tree Planting" program on June 10 to achieve its goal. The Foundation has officially inaugurated its program by distributing saplings of fruits, forest and medicated plants. Prominent educationist Khaleda Khanam was the chief guest at the inaugural function. Special guests were Mr Sheikh Ashafuzzaman FCA , Chief Finance Officer, Otobi Ltd. Mr Mahbub Munir, Former Chief Engineer, BADC, SM Abdur Rauf, Chief Financial Adviser, Solidaridad, Network Asia, Fariduzzaman Chowdhury, a distinguished businessman was also present on the occasion. Abida Sultana, a prominent businessman, Hasna Hena social worker and many more made the occasion more eventful. Agrogami Foundation is committed to building this green, beautiful, livable Bangladesh.
