World Congress on Information Technology 2021 begins tomorrow

The World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) 2021 begins tomorrow at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the capital.

The theme of this year's event is "ICT the Great Equalizer" jointly organised by the ICT Division, Bangladesh Computer Council and Bangladesh Computer Samity at the initiative of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance. 

Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services, Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing, the e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh and Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh are the partners of this event.

The ICT Division organised a press conference to announce the four-day show today.

The Asia-Oceania International Conference ASOCIO "Digital Summit 2021" will also be held at the same time.  

The entire event will be held both in physical and virtual platforms.

President Mohammad Abdul Hamid is scheduled to inaugurate the event as the chief guest.
