Robi makes Tk 42 crore profit in Jan-Mar

The telecom operator's EPS stood at Tk 0.08 in the quarter that ended on March 31

Robi-Axiata Ltd, the second-largest mobile phone operator in Bangladesh, made Tk 42.03 crore profit in the first quarter of the current financial year.

Thus, earnings per share stood at Tk 0.08 in the quarter that ended on March 31, according to the unaudited financial statements.

The net asset value per share improved to Tk 12.90 on March 31 this year from Tk 12.72 on the same day a year ago.

The net operating cash flows per share rose to Tk 1.83 in the first quarter of 2023 from Tk 1.61 in the identical three-month period of 2022.

Shares of Robi closed unchanged at Tk 30 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange today.
