NCC to issue Tk 700cr subordinated bond

The Board of Directors of NCC Bank has decided, in principle, to issue Tk 700 crore con-convertible subordinated bond only to raise fund to meet regulatory capital support of the bank under Tier 2 category of BASEL III, subject to approval of the Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
