Kabir Securities launches trading chatbot Ninja

Kabir Securities Ltd (KSL), a brokerage house, has launched artificial intelligence-backed trading chatbot Ninja.

The chatbot system will not only help to trade, but will also assist and support investors, improve portfolio management and provide solutions for all aspects of trading, the firm said in a press release.

Ninja helps its clients easily access all stock market services and makes it possible for the clients to trade at the Dhaka and Chittagong stock exchanges from anywhere at any time.

All beneficiary account services, instant portfolio on client demand, current and information of the upcoming initial public offering, individual share prices, fundamental data, fund deposits and withdrawals.

It provides all basic information about the stock market to new and existing customers.

Ninja can grasp the natural language, both in English and mixed texts between Bangla and English, using machine learning techniques.

In order to respond to the query, it invokes the natural language generation service to respond to queries.

"Our goal is to improve the technology concepts and adopt electronic stock trading in our country," said Shadman Kabir, deputy managing director of KSL.

"It is the first-ever trading chatbot in Bangladesh's capital market where our clients can trade directly."

He said Ninja chatbot offers multi-faceted benefits to customers round-the-clock with the superfast response and personalised solutions with natural language processing.

"In the days ahead, we plan to bring in even more innovations, which will modernise our trading experience."

The chatbot was developed by Neocon Technologies Ltd.
