FBCCI to turn its new 13-floor building into Covid hospital

The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) today launched its new 13-floor building and announced that it would be turned into a Covid-19 hospital.

The FBCCI has already signed an agreement with the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) to run the hospital, said Md Washim, an executive of the apex trade body.

Both the FBCCI and BSMMU will launch the building as hospital tomorrow, Washim said.

The new building of the FBCCI is situated in the city's Tikatuli area.
