Dhaka Bank gets new AMD

Dhaka Bank is recently said to have promoted its deputy managing director (international banking), Mohammad Abu Jafar, to the post of additional managing director (AMD).

Jafar had joined the position in 2015 and was earlier serving as senior executive vice president of National Bank, according to a statement.

He started his professional career at Uttara Bank as probationary officer in 1990 on obtaining honours and master's degrees in economics from the University of Chittagong.
