City Bank gets new AMD

City Bank has recently appointed Sheikh Mohammad Maroof as additional managing director.

Maroof has been with the bank as deputy managing director and head of wholesale banking since 2012, the bank said in a statement yesterday. He joined the bank as executive vice president and head of treasury in 2007. Maroof started his career as a management trainee at American Express Bank in 1995.

He completed his master's in finance from the University of Dhaka.
