Asian Paints launches 12-year warranty product

Asian Paints Bangladesh has come up with two premium solutions for home exterior walls and wooden furniture and products.

This 12-year special warranty applies to the use of two Asian Paints products - where SmartCare Damp Proof Silicon Ceramic is used as a primer and Ultima Protek Shyne is applied as a topcoat. 

With proper use of both products, new wall painting can get the 12-year waterproofing and performance warranty, said a press release.

SmartCare Damp Proof Silicon Ceramic is a special waterproofing solution that provides dual protection through silicon impregnation and ceramic sphere technology and creates a protective layer on the wall.

The use of SmartCare Damp Proof Silicon Ceramic as a primer prevents water from penetrating and damaging the walls. 

Ultima Protek Shyne, on the other hand, is a laminated exterior emulsion paint that brings a bright and durable finish to walls. The use of SmartCare Damp Proof Silicon Ceramic as a sealer on new exterior walls and Ultima Protek Shyne as a topcoat protects the exterior walls from any weather damage for a long time.

In addition to this, Asian Paints has brought Timber Glaze in the market with different wooden shades. This decorative pigmented varnish with modified PU alkyd ensures an excellent glaze and smooth finish on the wood. 

Timber Glaze provides an easy application process with a wide range of shades, offering a superior finish and water resistance compared to spirit gala, making it an ideal solution for protecting and enhancing the natural beauty of wooden furniture and products. 

Currently, Timber Glaze is available in 6 different shades -- clear, teak, golden pine, rust, mahogany, and rosewood. The product can be easily applied using only a brush or by spraying.

This innovative warranty system and the new products are already available in Asian Paints showrooms.
