20 startups selected for Huawei ICT incubator final round

Twenty local start-ups have been selected for Huawei ICT Incubator 2022 Bangladesh's final round.

They were selected by two independent jury panels from 68 startups, who joined the Incubator Bootcamp previously, Huawei said a statement today. 

The panel was cooperated by the competition's strategic partners Startup Bangladesh Limited and Inovation Design and Entrepreneurship Academy (iDEA).

The winners of the Bootcamp stage of this Huawei ICT Incubator, an incubator programme for startups, are divided into two groups--Idea Stage and Early Stage. Each group got 10 finalists, it said.

The champion of both the Idea Stage and Early Stage will get Tk 500,000 prize money, $125,000 Huawei Cloud credit each.

Besides, the chief executive officers (CEO) of the champion startups will get a chance to meet successful foreign startups. The first and second runners-up will get Tk 300,000 and Tk 100,000 prize money, respectively.

Both the CEOs of the runners-ups will also get the chance to meet successful foreign startups and $80,000 Huawei Cloud Credit, according to the statement.
